Late life BMI, Weight change, and AD pathology

   Proposal Description:
   Sample: Individuals with at least 2 height/weight measures in the 3 years before death (excluding measures 6 months before death to minimize terminal weight loss).    Aim 1: To describe weight change in the 3 years before death.    Aim 2: Are individuals with lower BMI in the 3 years before death more likely have moderate to high AD pathology compared to those with normal BMI? Do we see this association across different levels of clinical symptom expression (MCI, early AD, moderate-late AD) or different levels of dementia severity based on CDR-SB?    Aim 3: Are individuals with a decrease in weight in the 3 years before death more likely to have moderate to high AD pathology?
